Y Series

The Y series gauges are designed for very large strains such as those experienced in post-yield testing. They are generally single-use gauges – i.e. they are not designed for cyclic loading in the elastic range, although the YEF gauges do permit measurement for low strain cyclic loading. Use specially formulated CN-Y adhesive to bond these gauges and contact us if you have any questions.
