The Dytran by HBK model 6150 is a mounting stud adaptor featuring a 6-32 internal thread and a 1/4-28 external thread.
This adaptor effectively converts a 1/4-28 tapped hole into a 6-32 tapped hole. It allows you to utilise existing 1/4-28 holes for installing sensors that require 6-32 mounting screws.
