All orders can be paid for by credit or debit card. These are processed through our secure payment gateway.

Can I ship my order to an alternative address?
We can ship to an alternative address such as a work place, lab or other location. However, for security reasons these orders may be subject to additional checks. Please ensure your billing details match those on your card.

Can I use a company Purchase Order?
Unfortunately we cannot offer this service through our online store at present. We will be happy to help and you can place your company purchase order with payment by card, proforma or on account. Please contact us to discuss your requirements.

Can I open a credit account?
We offer credit facilities for our customers, subject to banking and trade reference checks – please request an application form. This facility is not available through our online store. Please contact us to discuss your requirements.

All of your personal information is securely stored and will not be shared with any third party. We may contact you at a later date to follow up on your purchase.
We are fully compliant with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI DSS). Credit card information is securely transmitted to our payment processing partner, Stripe, who are certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1. No credit card information is stored or even seen by our systems during the checkout process.

How will you deliver my order?
We offer fully tracked & signed for delivery via DPD Local couriers and occasionally use UPS & DHL
COVID-19 – Due to the current situation all order will be shipped within 5 working days. For details of our next shipment date please email or call us for details.
All orders placed before 2pm will be dispatched the same day (excludes weekends and bank holidays) and are usually delivered on the next working day (some post codes may take 2 working days). We also offer the option to upgrade your delivery to a before 12pm or even a Saturday delivery if required.
You will be notified by email with tracking information as soon as your order is dispatched and you will receive notification of a 1 hour delivery time slot on the day of delivery (when delivered by DPD Local)
A signature will be required on receipt of the delivery.
How much is delivery?
Orders over £100+VAT include free tracked UK courier delivery. Orders under this value incur a £10.00+VAT delivery charge.
Additional charges are applicable for certain locations, this is calculated at checkout.
We also offer AM delivery and Saturday delivery options. All prices are calculated at checkout.
Delivery is made by DPD Local couriers who offer a fully tracked service with a 1 hour time slot given on the day of delivery, a signature will be required. We may on occasion also ship your using DHL & UPS
Returns
If you wish to return an item you must first contact us to request an RMA.

Can you ship my order to another Country
Unfortunately on our e-store we are unable to accept orders from outside of the United Kingdom.
We are able to accept orders from Ireland and payment in EUR, and for certain products we are also able to accept orders from within the EU – please contact us with your requirements:

Our online store includes only a small selection of our available product range. If you cannot find what you are looking for please contact us and we will be happy to help you.
Techni Measure hold a large range of products in UK stock for fast delivery and we have regular deliveries from our suppliers across the globe to be able to support your requirements.

Will I receive a VAT invoice
A hard copy VAT invoice will be included with all deliveries and a soft copy is available on request.
