Delivery

Orders over £100+VAT include free tracked UK courier delivery. Orders under this value incur a £10.00+VAT delivery charge.

Additional charges are applicable for certain locations, this is calculated at checkout.

We also offer AM delivery and Saturday delivery options. All prices are calculated at checkout.

Delivery is made by DPD Local couriers who offer a fully tracked service with a 1 hour time slot given on the day of delivery, a signature will be required. We may on occasion also ship your using DHL & UPS

We offer fully tracked & signed for delivery via DPD Local couriers on occasion we may also use UPS, FedEx & DHL

All orders placed before 2pm will be dispatched the same day (excludes weekends and bank holidays) and are usually delivered on the next working day (some post codes may be delivered within 2 working days). We also offer the option to upgrade your delivery to a before 12pm or even a Saturday delivery if required.

You will be notified by email with tracking information as soon as your order is dispatched and you will receive notification of a 1 hour delivery time slot on the day of delivery.

A signature will be required on receipt of the delivery.

All orders placed before 2pm will be shipped on the same day (excludes weekends and bank holidays). Orders placed after this will ship on the next working day.

Standard delivery is next day (some post codes may take up to 2 working days) and you will receive an email with a 1 hour time slot on the day of delivery.

Deliveries to Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland and highland areas may take longer, full tracking information will be provided and is subject to courier restrictions.

Delivery upgrade options are also available at the point of checkout

Unfortunately on our e-store we are unable to accept orders from outside of the United Kingdom.

We are able to accept orders from Ireland and payment in EUR, and for certain products we are also able to accept orders from within the EU – please contact us with your requirements:

Deliveries to the Republic of Ireland are subject to local taxes, in most cases these will be collected by the courier (DHL) although these can also be organised by companies and institutions internal systems which collect and pay taxes through governmental systems.
